Police telephone numbers
These are the telephone numbers of the various county police forces, and should be used in cases where a 999 call would seem inappropriate.
Numbers
It is provided and updated by Graham Keens to give alternatives to the expensive 0845 numbers where they exist as people can usually get the normal 01 or 02 numbers within their inclusive minutes. All numbers prefixed with 03 are free.
The Single Non Emergency Number (SNEN) is alive and well and living in Hampshire and Wales, Graham tells us. Whilst Hampshire has been running for a while it would appear that the Welsh police forces have 'gone alone' and launched 101 as a SNEN.
